The Lemon Collective (TLC)
I have been a Lemon Collective artist since 2012, involved with all of their projects & events as artist & coordinator. 'Lemon Bombing' the 2012 Liverpool Biennial, was the first TLC art intervention. The current TLC project, funded through Culture Europe, is 'ViSet', & 'Paleovision' is the first of four projection mapped art performances.

'Seahorse'
As a printmaker, I have a particular interest in etching, & a passion for intaglio processes. I am based at the Bluecoat Print Studio, Liverpool, where I am a volunteer technician, maintain the Intaglio room & assist with PrintattheBluecoat events & courses.

'Cities'
As a visual artist, I employ screen Printing as a method of creative expression, & for more 'commercial' work. I regularly produce limited edition prints, wallpaper, greetings cards, artist books, tote bags & chinaware, on a commission basis.

'A Life History'
Drawing is part of who I am, I carry a sketchbook & use it to record everyday lives, rituals & social events, particularly where people gather. Recently, I have returned to painting, in oils and acrylics, and have started a project on migration & memories linked to 'home' for people who now live in the UK.
'Istanbul'
Oil on Canvas

'Not In My Name' Chalk pastel

Seeking Refuge v Economic Viability
Installation, mixed media, 100 x 100cm
This piece is informed by themes of migration, and the constant barriers, red tape and selective filtering of those seeking refuge, happening on journeys undertaken by those displaced, fleeing war and oppression. The phrase ‘no room’ features, a term used by the media and Governments to create antagonism towards refugees and migrants.
